Terms and conditions:

Vaccination program available during office hours at the Wellness Centre.
Vaccination for adults can be administered in the Emergency Department with the approval of the medical officer on- duty.
For the vaccination programme at the Wellness Centre, an advance appointment is required via Whatsapp at +6019-700 7261.
Price includes: Consultation, vaccine, disposables, vaccination card and procedure fee.
Package is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, other items and services.
No over-the-counter purchase of vaccine is allowed.
Price is based on per person basis, in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and is subject to change without prior notice.
Vaccination program for children below 5 years old is to be done by consultant paediatrician- not applicable for package.
Effective 1st July 2025, a 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) will be applicable to all foreign patients. Accordingly, the total bill amount will be subject to an additional 6% SST.

Please fast for 8-10 hours (only for packages that contain Glucose/Lipid Profile). However, only plain water is allowed if needed.
Add On assessment is available upon request.

Appointment to be given from Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
