Terms and conditions: 

• Full payment is required to be made on the first day of appointment.
• Vaccination program available during office hours only.
• Price includes: HPV Vaccine (Gardasil 9), disposables, vaccination card.
• Ezpay scheme (6 months) is available for Maybank Credit Card holders only.
• Package is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, other items and services.
• Appointment is required and should be made at least 3 working days in advance and is subject to availability.
• The price for single dose – RM590.
• No over-the-counter purchase of vaccine is allowed. 
• Price is based on per person basis, in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Effective 1st July 2025, a 6% Sales and Service Tax (SST) will be applicable to all foreign patients. Accordingly, the total bill amount will be subject to an additional 6% SST.
• KMI TDMC reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions and validity period at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
