Procedure or operation will be carried out upon clearance of Guarantee Letter (GL) or sufficient deposit received.

For inpatient admissions, a deposit may be required upon admission.The deposit amount varies depending on the estimated
cost of treatment and insurance/guarantee arrangements.
Deposit/Advance Payment
All outstanding balances must be settled upon discharge.If insurance or third-party coverage is pending, patients may be required to make interim payments. If insurance or third-party coverage is pending, patients may be required to make interim payments.
Final Settlement
Any excess payments will be refunded via bank transfer within a stipulated period after final bill reconciliation(within 14 working
days). Refunds are only made to the patient or authorised next-of-kin with proper documentation.

The hospital reserves the right to take necessary actions in the event of unpaid bills, including withholding of medical reports or referral to external collection agencies where applicable.
