Round-the-Clock Emergency Department with Skilled Professionals
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our Accident & Emergency (A&E) Department is to ensure that emergency medical care is available whenever it is needed. Managed by a team of dedicated and experienced medical officers and nurses, the department is handled by a range of officers and nurses who are trained to handle a wide range of urgent and critical situations with professionalism, speed, and compassion.
Upon arrival, every patient will be assessed through a triage system, which helps our clinical team determine the urgency of each case. Whether it's the most
critically ill or injured patients needing immediate action, we make sure that patients are categorised based on the severity of their condition, not on a first-come, first served basis.
Estimated Waiting Time Based on Triage Category:
🔴 RED ZONE (Immediate Attention Required) Patients in this category are in life-threatening or very critical condition and require immediate medical intervention. These may include cardiac arrest, major trauma, or severe respiratory distress.
🟡 YELLOW ZONE (Seen Within 30 Minutes):
Patients with serious but not immediately life-threatening conditions. These may include high fever in vulnerable individuals, moderate trauma, or breathing difficulties. The expected waiting time is within 30 minutes.
🟢 GREEN ZONE (Seen Within 90 Minutes): Patients with minor or non-urgent conditions that are stable and not life-threatening, such as mild fever, minor cuts, or flu-like symptoms. The expected waiting time is within 90 minutes.
